REMIND YOURSELF
There are more times when anxiety is so baffling us already. The many critics, pushes, and so-called "tough-loving" only heightens the drama that has gone haywire in our psyche.
No one said everything is going to happen overnight. And since we are not perfect, we may make wrong moves that will lead us to another hurdle we need to climb. Anxiety tells us that everything has to happen now. Breathe too much things to worry about only exhaust us further and slows down our journey.
