People Who Can't Be Happy

Some people always find something to complain about.

They complain about life not treating them well. They always find something wrong about what is going on in their lives.

They find it amusing to rally with political disputes and debates, pouring all the angst they have for whichever ideology they sympathize with. And what is remarkable about the hate is that their rebuttal is already an appeal to emotion rather than a rational discourse.

The hate is evident. They resort to bashing, name-calling, derogatory adjectives attacking whatever and almost everything.

And yes, these are the same people who can't share joy in other peoples happiness. Or at most, genuinely share the  happiness.

It's one thing to smile, to shake hands with and say they are happy. It's another to celebrate the happiness.

Nota Bene: Let them be. They aren't even happy with themselves; so how can they be happy for you?
